Our sales hours are 8:00-5:00 EST on Monday through Friday. Most orders
can be processed the same day if order is placed by noon. We have daily
pick-up service by UPS. We also have service by RPS, Federal Express
and Menlo as well as many major trucking companies. Air freight on large
components or complete engines can be arranged as well.
If you wish to FAX or mail-in your order,
please include these commonly overlooked items that are necessary for us to fill the order.

fliers are subject to change without notice.
Please call to confirm prices before ordering. We furnish the listed name brand parts whenever possible.
However, Sonny's Automotive Racing reserves the right to substitute equal or better parts from the same or
different manufacturer where listed parts are unavailable, or at the discretion of
SAR, performance will be equal or better than use of the
listed part. Every reasonable effort will be used to notify the customer of substitutions.
We welcome orders from foreign countries and our knowledgeable sales staff can assist you in making the
various shipping arrangements at the best rate possible. We do require prepayment for these orders.
Sales made in Virginia, or shipped to a Virginia address, are subject to 5% Virginia sales tax
unless the customer has a valid sales tax exemption number for our records at that time.
THE NEXT STEP...
The majority of our shipments go out C.O.D. (money order or cashier's
check acceptable). Prepayment by cashier check, money order or bank
draft is also accepted. For convenience, VISA, and MASTERCARD
are accepted for orders under $3,000. For large or custom orders we
require a 50% deposit. The deposit can be made by personal or business
check providing the payment is received 2 weeks before the order is
shipped. Engines and components being picked-up at our facility must
have any balance paid by cash or cashier's check unless
other arrangements have been made. Items that require drop shipment
from the manufacturer must be prepaid.
WHEN YOU GET YOUR ORDER...
Inspect the container and contents closely, saving all the original packaging. If you detect
damage to your shipment, make a written note of the damage with the delivery person because
their company is responsible for and and all damages, NOT SAR.
If necessary, contact your sales person at SAR for further instructions on making a claim.
If the order is short or defective, contact your sales person for assistance and they will
make every reasonable effort to correct the problem. The sooner they know about it, the better service
we can give to have it corrected.
If you decide to refuse the shipment, the freight portion of the invoice is still your
responsibility to pay.
Before making any returns, call your SAR sales person for instructions. Items are much easier to exchange,
etc. if a copy of the receipt and the factory packaging is included. Custom or special ordered parts are generally
nonreturnable and returns for any refund are subject to a 10% handling charge. SAR
will help in every way possible to process defective returns, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the
manufacturer.
The products in this catalog are intended primarily for some form of racing or high
performance, which implies that they will be pushed to severe and unusual limits. SAR has no control over the
installation or usage of these items and therefore accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss of
property resulting from their use.
